Our apartments are recently modernized and enjoy a truly unique position: one step far away from the beach below the apartments, at 3 minutes from the railway station and only 5 minutes from the center of Lierna. There you can find whatever you need, within hand’s reach.
The building is composed by two apartments, one ground floor – host up to 3 persons-, and one on the first floor -that can accommodate up to 5 peoples-. Both are characterized by an exceptional view on Lake Como visible directly from every room and every terrace.
The particular names of the apartments were inspired by the appearance, in Spring, of small swans and ducks which, taking advantage from the non-crowded beach, took their first steps and first swim experience. And every year the magic happens again.

Il Bell’Anatroccolo
A cozy apartment, composed by a living area with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and one bathroom. The best of this apartment is the veranda, which is a must to use in the evening, for a nice dinner with the sound of lake’s waves in the background.
Il Cigno Reale
It isn’t any less beautiful our largest apartment, which has an even more wonderful view of our beloved lake. It is composed by a living area with kitchenette, small terrace and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, another one with two single beds and one bathroom.
